Day 24 - kenpo
Didn't do it this morning - I'll have to do it later. Not sure if Molly will come over or not - maybe I'll get Eric to do it with me. haha
Nutrition:
Breakfast: banana - 105 cals - fruit serving
Snack: yogurt - 100 cals - dairy serving
Lunch: mac and cheese - my special one, and a beef brisket sandwich
Snack: protein bar
Dinner: nothing
