Lunch: cheese quiche - chicken - 200 cals?
Snack: had peanut butter crackers and a fiber bar - have to check cals
Dinner: Eric left for a bon fire, so I had teriyaki rice - 250 cals.
Total: 1050 plus...?? Did good on calories, bad on portions. Better tomorrow.
