Checking in

So, went to yoga this morning. Why I don't seem to make it every t/th? I don't know! I love it, and I always feel so good afterwards.

Ate well all day - eggs/toast, soup for lunch, lasagna, salad, bread for dinner - NO SUGAR. :)

  1. It's so hard to make yourself get out of bed, but I completely agree! I always feel SO good after I exercise and always wonder the same thing? Why don't I do this ALL the time!

    Yay for no sugar! Don't you just feel so good when you're not eating that junk?
