Day 59 - Shoulders and arms, abs

I still have to do this tonight....

No Molly this morning - darn it.

Did it at lunch - I love it when I am able to do that!

Nutrition:

Breakfast: string cheese and yogurt
Snack: banana
Lunch: chicken salad with corn and tomatoes, spinach for the leaves...
Snack: protein bar
