no kip pull up: 8 with chair/7 with chair
wide leg close grip chin up: 6 with chair (freezer and pantry)/7 with chair
chin pull: 8 with chair (1 self)/6 with chair
v pull up: 12 with chair/8 with chair
kippy crosss fugly pull up: 8 with chair/6 with chair
abs
Felt so good to do pull-ups today!
