Day 11 - cardio recovery, Day 12 - cardio power and resistance, p90x chest and shoulders

Did cardio recovery yesterday but forgot to write.

Did both work outs this morning - insanity, and my p90x arms. It felt nice to do a ton, but I also felt really bored this morning. Not sure why. I'm excited for tomorrow to finish my second week and move onto my third! It's about time! :)

3 in 1 slow moving push ups
in and out shoulder flys - 8 lbs, 16
chair dips: 20
plange push ups: 8
pike press: 11
side tri rise: 10
floor flys: 9
scarecrows: 14
overhead tricep extensions: 12 with 8 lbs
two twitch speed push ups: lost count
y press: 12 wtih 8 lbs
lying tricep extensions: 10 with 8 lbs
side to side push ups: 8
pour flys: 13 with 8 lbs
side leaning tricep extensions: 10 on both sides, 8 lbs
one arm push ups: 4 on knees... wow, can i get better at these one please?
weighted circles: 8 lbs - 18
throw the bomb: 12 with 8 lbs
clap or plyo push ups: 5
slow mo throw: 8 with 8 lbs
front to back tricep extensions: 10 with 8 lbs,

stopped ten minutes early from p90x so i could do the ab ripper and get ready!! :)
