Day 4 - cardio recovery, p90x chest and back, abs

Today was the perfect morning - you'll have to read about it on my other blog.

But for now, I did both work outs today - LOVED it. And am excited to eat well today and drop this weight. :)

push ups - 17/ 15
wide front pull ups - 8 with chair/ 6 with chair
military push ups - 8 self, 2 knees/ 9 self
reverse grip chin ups - 1 self - 7 chair/ 5 chair
Wide fly push ups - 15/8
close grip pull ups- 1 self, 6 chair/6 chair
decline push ups - 13/8
heavy pants - 20 lbs, 12/8
diamond push ups - 6 toes, 4 knees/4 toes, 5 knees
lawnmowers - 20 lbs, 12/8 right, 10 left haha
dive bombers - 11 - boy way/6 boy way
back flys - 10 lbs, 12/ 10
