Day 5 - pure cardio, Day 6 - shoulders and arms, abs/plyo cardio circuit

Yesterday I did pure cardio - it's easy for me now. :)

Today, added shoulder and arms, abs to my insanity work out from p90x. I got three weeks until we go on the cruise baby! I gotta lose 5 lbs in three weeks... possible? I think so. Here goes.

PS working out in a sports bra and shorts is very motivational - get to see more of what I have to work on! lol


shoulders and arms:

alternating shoulder press: 20 lbs, 8 (16 total)/15 lbs, 10 (20 total)
in and out bicep curls: 10 lbs, 15/10 lbs, 15
two arm tricep kick backs: 10 lbs, 12/10 lbs, 12

deep swimmers press: 15 lbs, 9/
full supination concentration curls: 15 lbs, 12/20 lbs, 8on each side
chair dips: leg raise, 20/leg raise, 20

upright rows: 10 lbs, 15/ 15 lbs, 9
static arm curls: 10 lbs, 16 /16
flip grip twist kickbacks: 8 lbs, 15/15 lbs, 8

seated shoulder flys: 10 lbs, 13/15 lbs, 10
crouching cohen curls: 8 lbs, 10/8 lbs, 10
lying down tricep extensions: 8 lbs, 10/8 lbs, 12

straight arm shoulder flys: 8 lbs, 12/10
congdon curls: 10 lbs, 13/10 lbs, 12
side tri rise: 12 on both sides/8 on both sides

  1. Haha. Ummmmmm . . . well I'm glad you found what works for you! I, personally, will keep my clothes on to avoid depression. :)
